Reyes provided electrical engineering and telecommunications design services for this five-story renovation of the Grant Warehouse into an 80-unit multi-family affordable residential development with ground floor retail. Each apartment unit is equipped with a full kitchen and air conditioning, as well as secure elevator access and laundry on each floor. Residents also have access to a ground floor community room with an on-site resident services coordinator and computer lab. Recently completed in late 2018, the development is accessible to families earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income.
