A
space for healing and renewal, Yoga in the Pearl began as
6,000 square feet of raw warehouse space has been transformed
into a calm and relaxing environment intended to nurture the
soul. Great thought and care was taken in the architectural
planning of the facility. The objective was not only to accommodate
2 studios, 3 healing therapy rooms, a juice bar, office and
retail spaces, but to do so while promoting a sense of both
physical and mental well-being. High ceilings, contoured walls
and an abundance of natural light provide an open, airy feeling
upon entering the building. In 2003, at the IESNA International
Illumination Design Awards, Yoga In The Pearl was recognized
with an award for lighting design excellence. |
