| The
projects consist of an addition to and renovations of an 8,541
square foot, one-story medical office building, part of Good
Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. This facility was converted
from one multipurpose building into four smaller connected
areas to accommodate specific medical services. These areas
include patient waiting areas, treatment rooms, nurses duty
stations and private doctors offices. An initial survey was
conducted to evaluate existing conditions and direct the reuse
of existing equipment to ease budgetary restraints. The project
site is located at 3100 NE 28th Street, Lincoln City, Oregon. |
