Engineering, Inc, in conjunction with Center Oaks Properties
and DLR Group, revitalized Mall 205 with both interior and
exterior enhancements, Landscaping, pedestrian paths, and
automobile articulation was improved and new facades on the
north, south and west highlight the new and refreshing architectural
flavor of the mall. Interior improvements included new lighting
concourses and Food Court. Shell utility infrastructure for
various future tenants were provided. |
