of two new buildings, one building is a single story approximately
5,784 square foot office/lounge. The other building is a two-story
9,902 square foot customer service building consisting of
customer service lobby, offices and computer room. The total
113,300 square foot property included six bus shelters. Each
shelter included ADA compliant public announcement system
with both audible and visual messaging. Closed circuit television
for security surveillance including pan/tilt/zoom capabilities,
public and information phones. Site lighting, shelter lighting,
exterior and interior building lighting were designed to provide
a safe environment for passengers. Telecommunications and
distribution systems were designed to EIA/TIA standards. Fire
alarm system was designed for life safety. |
